Google’s Project 10^100 called for ideas to change the world by helping as many people as possible. From more than 150,000 ideas, five organisations around the world have been selected to receive a share of US$10 million – and one of these is Shweeb, a Kiwi monorail technology company. Peter Cossey from Shweeb joined me to discuss their plans.

The internet giant has announced that the code for Chrome OS will be open sourced in late 2009 and that the software will be free to download and use.
